3.3 No Guaranteed Returns

While we strive to deliver consistent returns, past performance does not guarantee future results. All investments carry inherent risk, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

TradeStone offers a referral program where users can earn commissions by referring new investors. Commission rates and structure are subject to change. Abuse of the referral program may result in forfeiture of commissions and account termination.

TradeStone is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain security.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the last 30 days

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to our withdrawal policies.
